1. SINKING FUND
In accordance with Thai law, the buyer shall pay the developer
the sinking fund at the rate determined by either the
developer or the Tranquility Bay Residence Juristic person.
The normal sinking fund rate of 3-5% of the property's
selling price shall be determined at a later date.
2.
MAINTENANCE
The buyer shall pay the first year's annual maintenance
fee on the date of the registration of the lease.

.Condo 104 sq.m - 48,000 Th.Baht
.Condo 120 sq.m - 54,000 Th.Baht
.Pool Villa - from 108,00 Th.Baht
3.
UTILITIES
The buyer shall make punctual payment of all charges/fees
for electricity, water, telecommunications and other services
in relation to their property as required to the developer
and to reimburse the security deposit for water meter
and electricity meter which will have been paid in advance
to the local authorities.
4.
TAXES
The buyer shall be responsible for any tax, stamp duty
and any other fees charged by the land officials on registration
of lease for 2nd and 3rd term.
